Water Table Restaurant

Water Table was a concept we launched for Sun Stone Ownership group in 2007 in the Harbor Place Renaissance in downtown Baltimore.  The concept was based around the farm to table sensibilities of the surrounding area while highlighting the regional seafood that makes this area such a popular culinary destination. With signature cocktails and a distinctive ambiance, the bar at Watertable is the perfect gathering spot for colleagues after a day spent meeting at the hotel or exploring the city.
