Melissa Teixeira Palmer is an AANP board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in Massachusetts by two amazing Cape Verdean immigrant parents, alongside her sister and two brothers. She currently lives in Massachusetts with her wonderful husband, Nassive. She received her second Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2015, her Masters in Nursing in 2018 from UMASS Boston and her Doctorates of Nursing Practice in 2021 from UMASS Boston.
Prior to working in medical aesthetics, Melissa worked as a registered nurse for over a decade in various healthcare settings (i.e. long-term care, short term rehab, medical-surgical, psychiatry, pediatric and adult home care, etc.). She continues to work in the healthcare industry, focusing mostly on aesthetics, regenerative medicine and health and wellness modalities, and she continues to expand her knowledge and skillset. She has a passion for helping others and giving her patients the guidance and support to strive for the best quality of life, while feeling and looking great in the process.
Melissa is a very easy-going person, who loves to smile and brings her sense of humor along to make anyone instantly at ease in her hands. When Melissa is not busy at the office, she loves to attend church, participate in outreach, catch up with family and friends, watch movies, travel, shop, and try new foods and activities.
She entered the medical aesthetics field to procedurally help people get healthy, have youthful appearances and learn how to keep it that way. She fell in love with using her hands to help transform what is already beautiful into astounding. Her eye for detail and desire to see results and happy clients is what keeps her striving to learn more and do more. She has a passion for helping others and giving her clients all the guidance, support and outward form to strive to be forever blessed and fabulous! So….what are you waiting for? Meghan Keites
Infinity Provider
Meghan Keites is an ANCC board certified Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from the University of Huntsville in Huntsville, Alabama. Meghan was born and raised in New England and has just recently moved back with her husband Brad, and two amazing boys. She joined the Army right out of high school, serving her country for four years, which is where her medical career began. From Combat Medic, to LPN, RN, and now NP, Meghan has been in just about every role along her journey.
Prior to coming to Infinity, Meghan has spent two decades in various roles in nursing (occupational health, skilled nursing, primary care, home infusion, hydration therapy, and crisis nursing), primarily working in emergency medicine. Meghan is breaking into the aesthetics industry because of her profound desire to help people feel great about themselves, and to practice “happy” medicine. She continues to work in other areas of medicine, but her focus is overall health and wellbeing.
Meghan is very active, and in her free time loves to exercise, read, cook, and watch her boys play hockey. Her desire to see more people living healthier, more joyful lives is what has inspired her to become part of this amazing industry.
Christina Bieniek
Medical Aesthetician
With over 17 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician, Educator, Laser Safety Officer and Makeup Artist, Christina has brought her knowledge and warm caring demeanor to her clients in a number of settings: day spas, medical spas, dior makeup artistry and as a teacher at Catherine Hinds School of Aesthetics.
Christina’s knowledge, energy and warm smile provide a relaxing atmosphere where she will work with you to create an individualized treatment plan to reach your skin care goals. Passionate about optimizing each client’s skin care results, Christina will look to every treatment and new technology for the right mix of services to obtain your desired results.
Christina brings a fun relaxing attitude to her work. She has that unique ability to truly focus on you, get to know you and make you feel extra special.
Christina grew up in Massachusetts, graduated from Regis College, worked as a social worker before changing her career to the aesthetics world. Growing up, Christina enjoyed summers in New Hampshire swimming, water skiing and always experimenting with makeup. Throughout high school and college, Christina developed a love for musical theater and was cast in a number of productions. Today, Christina continues to enjoy theater and spending time with her young daughter, dancing, singing and of course practicing soccer.
Christina’s enthusiasm, energy and smile are contagious, and she is looking forward to meeting you at Infinity MedSpa in the very near future.
Raquel Tolman-Brown
Social Media Coordinator
Raquel is a social media strategist with over 7 years’ experience in the content creation industry. She began her journey in content creation on Twitch, fueled by passion to create engaging content and build strong relationships. Her dedication has led her to growing multiple social media platforms, with experience working with influencers, popular brands, triple A game developers, and more.
Raquel grew up in Massachusetts and is currently studying Business Administration at Mount Wachusett Community College, with plans to finish her final year at Nichols College to obtain her bachelor’s degree. When Raquel is not studying or busy at the office, she enjoys playing games, hanging out with her dog Mia, watching movies, and traveling.
